These Seitan Schnitzels are delicious for lunch on a sandwich with lettuce and vegan mayo. Or treat your self to a full Viennese dinner of schnitzel, potato salad, sauerkraut and cranberry sauce. Bake, grill or fry them. These are the perfect replacement for a chicken schnitzel.
Add oil to a pan and cook all over until brown, you can also cook in the oven or BBQ. Tip - the longer you cook it the chewier the texture gets. Can also be cooked in the oven or grilled.
