Garam Masala Spiced Sausage

This is a robust flavoured sausage with our own spice blend of garam masala and a tiny pinch of chilli. It has a meaty style texture. It cooks perfectly on the BBQ as well as in a frying pan , grill or baked in the oven. Lovely for dinner with roast vegetables and salad, add to salads or pasta dishes.
Pan fry with a bit of oil and cook until brown all over. If you want to slice them into smaller pieces, it's easier to cut first and then cook them. Try to keep the sausages separated from each other when cooking otherwise the skins may stick to each other and tear. These sausages are not suitable for boiling or being immersed in water - they will disintegrate.
This product is handmade in Australia from local and imported ingredients: Non GM soy protein (50%),
brown lentils (12%), water, potato, rice, non GMO canola oil, miso paste (water, soybean, rice, salt), nutritional yeast, psyllium husks, chilli, oregano, marjoram, pepper, sesame seeds, caraway, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, rice flour, (garam masala spice 2%).
