This recipe is so easy and great for parties.

Vegan

Serving Size: 16 portions

Cooking/Prep Time: approx 20mins

INGREDIENTS

1 x packet of Suzy Spoon's Veggie Balls (contains 16 balls)

Oil for cooking

DIPPING SAUCE

2/3 x cup hoisin sauce

1/4 x cup rice vinegar

2 x garlic cloves, minced

2 x Tbsp. soy sauce

1 x tsp. sesame oil

1 x tsp. finely chopped ginger

SPOONS VEGGIE BALLS WITH A SWEET SESAME DIPPING SAUCE

METHOD

You can either bake the veggie balls in the oven or pan fry.

BAKE

Preheat oven to 180°C

Place in baking dish and drizzle with oil, roll them around in the dish to get them lightly covered all over.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until veggie balls are golden on the outside.

PAN FRY

Place balls in pan and add enough oil to lightly cover.

Heat on medium heat for 10mins, or until balls are golden brown on the outside.

DIPPING SAUCE

While the veggie balls are baking or pan frying, whisk together all of the sauce ingredients until blended. Once veggie balls have finished cooking, place them on your serving plate and pour your sauce over the veggie balls until lightly covered. Place a tooth pick in each ball and serve.
